Directions: The skin researchers at Advanced Nutrition Programme recommend to take the contents of one pod (containing five supplements) daily with a meals. For optimum results, use for minimum 3 months. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily intake.

Skin Omegas+; Ingredients: fish oil, evening primrose oil (Oenothera biennis), capsule shell (fish gelatin and glycerol), antioxidant: d-alpha tocopherol in sunflower oil, vitamin A palmitate, antioxidant: dl-alpha tocopherol.
Skin Vit A; Ingredients: Rice fibre (Oryza sativa), hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule shell), vitamin a (retinyl palmitate), viitamin d3 (cholecalciferol), capsule colour: calcium carbonate.
