Each new patient must book a consultation appointment prior to arranging a treatment. Your payment card details are required at time of booking to secure your appointment.

Consultation fees will be removed from the price of the treatment if that treatment is taken on the day

Please be advised that Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment carry a 50% charge of the appointment costs. No shows and Late Cancellations on the day carry a 100% charge of the appointment costs. Your cancellation/no show charge must be paid before you are able to rebook further appointments. Alternatively, a non-refundable deposit may have been collected to secure your appointment, in which case, the deposit will be forfeited.

If a deposit needs to be refunded a £5 admin fee will apply.

Failure to attend a Consultation or Review carries a £50 fee.

Packages for HydraFacial™️
Courses of 3 / expires 3 months from original purchase date.
Courses of 6 / expires 6 months from original purchase date.
Courses of 12 / expires 12 months from original purchase date.

Packages for RF Microneedling (Artemis)

A course of 6 treatments must be used within 3 months of original purchase date

If you fail to attend or cancel late (less than 48 hours) for an appointment that is part of a package, you forfeit that treatment from your package.

Gift Vouchers expire 6 months from purchase date.

All sales are final: includes treatments and products.
